It was a different kind of encouragement when one of our members’ parents visited Stillwaters. They attended the Tuesday worship service and even participated in small group discussions. At the end of the worship service, they gave a short message of encouragement for us and said that they were even blessed to see the students so young and yet so passionate to the Lord.
For the students, to know and see parents approve in what they are doing all the more affirms the choices they are making.
The following Tuesday, they attended the worship service again and treated us to McDonald’s for dinner. An encouragement indeed. 
Please pray for good relationships with all parents especially as we reach out to the unchurched of this generation. Thanks!
